5. Refunds and Cancellations

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide all necessary access, credentials, and information for service delivery.

  • Respond promptly to communication related to the project.

  • Ensure content provided does not violate copyright, privacy, or other laws.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials created by SEOistic for your project remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated.

  • SEOistic retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • SEOistic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • While we aim to achieve results, we do not guarantee specific rankings or outcomes in search engine performance.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold SEOistic harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

  • Misuse of our services

  • Violation of applicable laws

  • Infringement of third-party rights

11. Termination

  • SEOistic reserves the right to terminate services or website access if a client violates these Terms and Conditions.

  • Termination does not affect obligations for payment of services already rendered.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
